All life has consciousness
Not only us and puppies
But plants as well I guess
So now we know the reason
The flowers love you so
You talk to them and love them
And loving makes them grow
The flowers know you’re with them
And talk to you in turn
The ivy says they love you
And so does every fern
Bromeliads and orchids
And handsome Scottish broom
And roses and gardenias
You keep them all in bloom
Yes plants and trees are conscious
Of who they are and why
