My Name Is Al

The Reverend Al Sharpton has a radio talk show in which he yells and scream at his black audience for not being revolutionary enough, for not demanding their rightful handouts from the oppressive white man. He likens the economic and cultural situation of the black underclass in America to a hungry man watching a white guy eat a seven course dinner while the hungry black man stares enviously through the restaurant window.

My name is Al

And I’m your pal

The guy who loves and feeds you

Whites give you stuff

That ain’t enough

It’s guys like me who needs you

Without you guys

I cannot prise

A dime from all them whiteys

We Left don’t pay

Our tax no way

We gets it from them Righties

But even so

You got to know

Just how high up our max is

A full course meal

Ain’t no big deal

To guys who pay their taxes

So stick with me

And we shall see

Just who comes out the winner

We’ll take all day

What comes our way

Good wine, a full course dinner

Good Old Uncle Joe

A quite substantial number of Obama people working in the White House are now, and have been for some time, admitted communists who greatly admire Stalin and Mao and every other murderous commie tyrant who ever lived. A portrait of Mao was hung lovingly on the Obama White House Christmas tree. An Obama appointee cheerfully and unashamedly admitted she was a great admirer of that great philosopher Mao Tse Dung. Obama’s parents were communists, and as a boy they sent him to a communist mentor, so it is no wonder the Obama administration is filled with communists. Somehow it has escaped the notice of Obama and his people that Joe Stalin is dead. Not only that, but they are truly puzzled why people should question their loyalty to Stalin and Mao and the murderous communist philosophy they espoused. After all, didn’t those hundred million people die for a good cause?

I don’t know why you take on so

There’s nothing wrong with Uncle Joe

A killer, yes, that’s understood

But he killed for a greater good

A better life for all mankind

A death or two, no never mind

And what about our friend Pol Pot

And all the praiseful press he got

From fawning journalists who said

There’s none in killing fields who’s dead

Or Mao Tse Dung our Chinese friend

Who brought to an untimely end

Some sixty million Chinese lives

And each one greeted by high fives

By people such as O and Ayers

Who mention Mao in all their prayers

And lovingly at Christmas place

On Christmas tree Mao’s smiling face

Yes Joe and Pot and Mao Tse Dung

Have climbed the ladder rung by rung

A ladder O began to climb

Those slippery rungs just filled with slime

And now he’s at the very top

With none who have the means to stop

The killing that will surely come

When marching to the Marxist drum

Come This Blessed Election Day

November is shaping up to be a wave election, where the Obama administration will be repudiated by just about everyone, including a great many who drank the hope and change Kool-aid and voted for him in 2008. Disillusioned independents and Democrats are abandoning the ship in torrents. Democrat politicians up for tough re-election are running away from the Obama carcass as fast as they can. There is a lot of buyer’s remorse going on, and fortunately for the country growing numbers of people are just not buying the hate America socialist agenda of their former hero. Even die-hard lefty partisans are cranky, but for other reasons. They’re cranky because in their view Obama isn’t liberal enough. You can hear them weep and wail, crying, “Where does hope go when it’s gone?”

Where does hope go when it’s gone

What is left when there’s no change

When will facts then finally dawn

On his fans that Obie’s strange

Lack of failure up to now

To enact his promises

Means that when he breaks a vow

There’re more doubting Thomases

What’s the difference between Bush

Who the liberals truly hate

And Obama’s Hindu Kush

Where’s the policy debate

Yes he’s done some things they crave

Like his stripping of defense

And his mighty union cave

And his acts ‘gainst common sense

Like his running up the debt

To a height not seen before

But they really do not get

Why he’s in that Afghan war

Oh he’s still the coolest guy

And the smartest one in town

But they’ll tell you on the sly

That he’s really let them down

Riyadh To Islamabad

Aristotelian logic seems to escape our lefty ruling class. Logic says 1) muslims hate Christians in general and Americans in particular, and 2) Pakistanis are muslim, so 3) Pakistanis hate Christians in general and Americans in particular. Which they do. Anyone who thinks the Paki are on our side is delusional. They arm and train al Qaeda and Taliban to kill our soldiers, the train jihadis to kill infidel civilians, they close the roads used by our supply columns in Afghanistan. They hate our guts because we’re not them. They hate our guts ‘cause we’re not Moslem. They smile and take our money and betray us at every turn. We are the infidel, and Allah has commanded that we die.

They take our money then they spit

They know the West has spit the bit

They do believe we will not fight

They think we’re frightened of the night

They’re waiting for that just right time

To turn against us on a dime

That time will come they do believe

When Iran strikes and we receive

A fireball in daytime skies

That puts the fear in all our eyes

The problem is the Pakis breed

A bunch of kids who cannot read

So they don’t know it’s tried before

And do not know the final score

Oh yes they think us soft and weak

They think it’s peace we always seek

But come the day the missiles fly

Will be the day their bodies fry

As heat much fiercer than the sun

Will teach them it is we who’ve won

When children cry and women weep

When nightmares ride their very sleep

When Mecca’s bleaching in the sand

When Islam’s dead and by our hand

And death destruction will be had

From Riyadh to Islamabad

The Tyranny Of The Left

An English ethics columnist recently declared on national television that any good mother would smother her child if the child were defective in any way, thus by such kindness and compassion ensuring that the child would not have an unhappy life. What she means, of course, is that the lefty mother would not have an unhappy life caring for an impaired child. With the Left it is never about the kids, it’s about themselves. Peter Singer at Princeton demands that parents have the right to kill their children for any reason, or for no reason at all if they can’t think of one, until the child is two years old. We are in the grip of a left wing tyranny of the spirit as well as a left wing tyranny of governance. The Left, who call themselves Progressives, desire above all else a world without people, a world where man cannot pollute and despoil that which belongs to the Goddess Gaia, the mother of us all.

The Left, the Left

Their wonders never cease

Good mothers urged to kill their child

So they may be a peace

At Princeton parents have the right

So Peter Singer claims

To kill their children till age two

If so, why give them names

The Fabians would euthanize

Infirm and lonely folks

Progressives want abortion free

And tell dead fetus jokes

They want the world to be a place

Where humans don’t exist

And wolves hug bunny rabbits

And the warthogs all get kissed

To gain this Eden here on Earth

They look to long ago

Their heroes had the nicest names

Adolf and Uncle Joe

My Goodness Me

The government of Pakistan, a Pakistan that created and controls the Taliban, is incensed that we are sending drones into Paki airspace to dispose of the Taliban we are lucky enough to find, all the while professing to be our friend and happily accepting our money. The Paki government has recently closed the route through Pakistan for our supply columns, and the columns have come under attack by Taliban forces, whom the Paki government insists are not in Pakistan. Our State Department and the UN and assorted EU weenies deplore the drone attacks as counter-productive and reckless, preferring the age old failed policy of talking nicely to someone who is trying to kill you.

My goodness me, I feel so faint

These cold war types would like to paint

The Pakistani folk as not our friends

Believe me when I say that I

Could sit right down and softly cry

When thinking how this crisis likely ends

We send our drones into their space

With no regard for Paki face

What sovereign nation wouldn’t take offense

Such actions on our part I fear

Will hinder peace that’s very near

And cause relations that grow very tense

What we at State would like to see

Is just a change of policy

From warring, bombing, killing and the rest

To talking calmly with the tribes

And taking note of nuanced vibes

While recognizing we at State know best

Of course there’s danger in this tack

We’re not assured they’ll love us back

But I am quite prepared to bet my life

But just in case push comes to shove

I know that I will come to love

The burqa and the veil I bought my wife

Blasphemy

The FBI has recently told the American cartoonist Molly Norris, who urged everyone to join her in a Draw Mohammed Day, to give up her job, her family and her life and go into hiding because of death threats from the adherents of the religion of peace, enraged that she would blaspheme the prophet. It’s past time we stopped kneeling before these bastards and baring the neck to the blade and took it to them, breaking their thuggish religion and sixth century world into little pieces and throwing the rotten carcass to the pigs. .

Mohammed was a paedophile

We’ve known it now for quite a while

A murderer and crook as well

Who surely now rests warm in hell

I say this knowing well that I

Could be the next in line to die

For blaspheming the man this way

But I am proud to have my say

Let Allah’s minions do their worst

In which case I won’t be the first

But unafraid I post my words

And wait upon jihadi herds

My blog is there for all to see

A blog stuffed full of blasphemy

I’m safe as hiding in the weeds

I have a blog nobody reads

Free At Last

The Progressive movement appears about to end its seventy year run of destruction with the coming November elections and the long awaited wipeout in 2012. Thank goodness for Obama, who was not content with the salami slicing tactics that worked for seventy years, but who went all in with the socialist revolution the Progressive Democrats so ardently desire and worked so hard to attain, and thereby woke the sleeping people who never took notice that their country was gradually being taken from them. So now the other guys get their chance, led by the conservative Tea Party, and they promise to stop the leftward slide and return to American principles of small government and free enterprise. We shall see if they keep their promise.

Free at last

My that was fast

In hock since 1930

To gummint types

And all their hypes

That turned out dumb and dirty

Big buildings built

Filled to the hilt

With workers fat and lazy

It worked as planned

Get rich, expand

Just driving good folks crazy

Now comes the new

The cleanup crew

Who promise they’ll reform it

But we shall see

A year or three

Will tell if they perform it

The Stans

The Stans are in the news every day, and not in a positive way. Pakistan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, to name but a few. What are we doing there? There doesn’t seem to be any valid reason why we should spend one dollar or one soldier’s life in that benighted tribal part of the world. I remember when Stan meant something else.

Ah yes, the Stans

The blessed Stans

We all remember well

Both Stan and Ollie

How sly and jolly

Despite each picture hell

Then Stan the Man

I was a fan

Though not from old St Looey

I well recall

He’d take a ball

Then hit one out of viewy

But that was then

And way back when

We weren’t so particular

Our Stans were not

What we’ve now got

A lot of perpendicular

Mountains steep

And valleys deep

All filled with guys in turbans

Not like Stan’s mates

Who manned the gates

The Slaughters and the Verbans

A Phillies fan

Who loved the Man

Who always took the trolley

To ballgame go

Then to the show

To see my Stan and Ollie

Gimme Me Entitlements

Recent polls have shown a small erosion in Obama’s support among his most ardent admirers, African-Americans. The erosion is small, but significant in that there is any erosion at all. Most still demand their entitlements, but some African-Americans seem to be questioning the whole race card position.

Some say it’s all about our race

While others say that’s not the case

I say what’s mine is always mine

Just gimme it and all is fine

You promised me the earth and stars

And what we got was prison bars

You promised us the moon and sun

And we delivered for the One

And now you say there’s no more dough

No more two bills for passing Go

We been your Ho since thirty two

Through FDR and Clinton too

And now this hopey changey guy

Has brought us this dark falling sky

I might not vote this time around

I might just see what others found

That slavery ended long ago

And plantations closed down the show

So now I think I just might spend

Some time and see how this will end
